When you submit a story or article to our zine, you are agreeing to, and are bound, by these copyright stipulations.
We can not accept any kind of fan fiction based media (i.e stories or artwork set in universes that belong to other people or companies that are under current copyright protection).
Once your work is published in the zine, your work may be re-published in compilation versions of netrinos42 in the future.
We may accept previously published work, however we need to know when and where it was published. You will need to check with these publishers that the terms that you agreement allowing your work to be published with them allows you to submit your work to neutrinos42.
Once we have agreed to publish your work in neutrinos42 please do not submit the work anywhere else before it can be published in neutrinos42.
No unlawful or immoral actions by collecting or retaining your details will be employed by us, this means they will never be sold or given away.
All published information in the zine will be a permanent feature, this means the zine may still be assessable in one-hundred, or two-hundred years, not just the immediate future.
If you choose to receive a newsletter/updates/promotional items relating to Neutrinos42, your e-mail address will be kept for this purpose. If you wish to stop receiving the newsletter please reply to a newsletter and ask to be removed from the newsletter list and your e-mail will then be deleted from the mailing list.
We may update this Agreement from time to time without notice. All visitors have the obligation to review changes to this Agreement, including any changes to our Privacy Policy and Copyright Information. Unless otherwise specified, such changes shall be effective when they are posted.

In this case, you are lending our zine the exclusive licensing rights of your article, in conjunction with the distribution rights, to be the only source and location in which your submitted content may be publicly displayed for distribution. You are licensing us with this right, and lending the licensing rights to any other source for submitted content is a violation of our copyright terms.Fair Use
Fair use refers to other sources using parts of your submitted content for some purpose, such as discussing your piece in a blog, comparing your piece, including excerpts in an essay, and so forth. Such examples of how this could damage your writing, would be negative reviews, a blog mocking your writing, or, in the case a different work of yours was published for money, if a source applied part of a submitted article from this zine in a negative manner that caused the sales of your other published work to decline.The Berne Convention
This is not a copyright restriction proper, but a collection of countries that have signed a document agreeing to protect the copyright of any other people who are citizens of participating countries. Our zine agrees to, and follows, the Berne Convention. We will do all we can to protect the copyright of our submitters, and encourage both readers and submitters alike to become educated concerning this Convention as well.Creative Commons
Our zine does not align our copyright policies with Creative Commons. While we respect these policies, we want our submitters’ works to be protected under ownership and copyright.
